The office of traumatology renders both the emergency medical care within the guaranteed volume of a free medical care (GVFMC), and planned: through the portal of Bureau of hospitalization or on a paid basis according to the insurance policy, at the expense of means of the employer or characteristic means of the patient.
The list of the rendered services: practically all types of the emergency carrying out the osteosynthesis, including the modern types blocked (nakostny or intramedullyarny), which are not demanding the subsequent imposing of a plaster bandage, allowing to carry out early activization of patients, reposition of dislocations of any complexity. The planned medical care includes the last achievements of an arthroplasty of large joints (coxofemoral, knee) with application of the latest models of an endoprosthesis; operations with use of endovideo surgery are carried out.
For the first time in RK in office of traumatology of BSNP began to apply endoprosthesis replacement of ligaments of knee joint with application of the modern endoprosthesis – sheaves from a polietilenteroftalat (Don M), a trauma of characteristic fabrics from a transplant fence.
