The surgical office is developed on 45 beds, 15 of which occupies office of purulent surgery.
In office diagnostics and treatment of the following diseases is carried out:
- diaphragms – diaphragm hernias;
- a stomach and a duodenum – a peptic ulcer of a stomach and a duodenum of a complication of a peptic ulcer of a stomach and a duodenum;
- a gastroezofagealnayareflyuksny disease of a disease after stomach operations;
- a cloelithiasis and its complications – operations are performed by means of laparoscopic and traditional low-invasive methods of treatment;
- mechanical jaundice (РХПГ→ЭПСТ→МЭК→ЛХЭ) – without laparotomy (taking into account the accompanying pathology, the aggravating factors);
- a liver – a liver echinococcosis, a liver hemangioma;
- a pancreas, pseudo-tumorous pancreatitis of a cyst of a pancreas;
- intestines – various diseases of a small bowel, colon, surgical correction of locks;
- hernias of various localization (according to indications the alloplasty is carried out – “the grid is put”): inguinal, ventral, postoperative, recurrent, postoperative;
- injuries of a thorax and abdominal cavity.
In practical activities of office innovative technologies are widely applied – to 80% of operations are carried out in the laparoscopic way that much more facilitates process of convalescence of patients. Weight of the postoperative period decreases, patients undergo an operation much easier, are quicker restored after it and come back to routine activity. Thanks to laparoscopic operations the excellent cosmetic effect (instead of one big – to 30 cm – a rough postoperative hem, there are 4 sections on 1 cm) is reached, there are practically no such postoperative complications as suppuration of a postoperative wound, postoperative hernias, an adhesive desease.
