Within the state program of development of health care of RK of “Salamatta Kazakhstan” for 2011-2015, in April, 2012 in BSNP the Insultny center is organized. Bed power – 30 units, from them 4 beds of early neurorehabilitation, 3 beds of BITS.
For well-timed diagnostics and rendering the specialized help the Insultny center arranged on one floor with office of neurosurgery and an office of a computer tomography which works in the around the clock mode. At arrival of patients with sharp violation of brain blood circulation, patients are directly brought in KT office. Here they are examined by the neurologist, the doctor of radiodiagnosis.

- UZDG of vessels of a neck and head;
- Ultrasonography of all bodies;
- roentgenography;
- electrocardiography;
- all types of analyses: OAK with calculation of thrombocytes, SOE, OAM, blood sugar, a glycemic profile, urea, a creatinine, a coagulogram, VSK, a cholesterin of blood, LPVP, LPNP, triglycerides, blood electrolytes, the AlAT, the AsAT, the common protein and proteinaceous fractions, researches of cerebrospinal fluid.
Daily inspection of heavy patients in intensive care unit together with the deputy chief physician, managers of profile offices and managers of departments is performed. Doctors of office actively participate in republican and international conferences. Scientific articles in 7 medical magazines are published.
In office methods of early rehabilitation of patients with ONMK (LFK, massage, IRT, verticalization) successfully take root, and also the big range of medicamentous and non-drug influences is carried out:
- individual and group occupations physiotherapy exercises;
- massage;
- electrostimulation;
- physiotherapy;
- hyperbaric oxygenation (GBO);
- observation by the psychotherapist;
- acupuncture
Also in the Insultny center “The school of a stroke” works. Classes are given 2 times in the month.
