The gynecology department of BSNP is calculated on 40 beds. Doctors provide an around the clock medical care to the population of the fixed districts of the city of Almaty and the patients directed in a planned order according to the portal of Bureau of hospitalization from the territory of all RK.
During in a year more than 1500 cavitary and small operations are carried out. In practice of office laparoscopic and laparotomny operations at the following types of gynecologic pathologies are widely used:
- hysteromyoma (removal of myomatous clusters, hysterectomy);
- genital endometriosis;
- organ-preserving operations on appendages;
- at infertility (removal of solderings and restitution of permeability of uterine tubes);
- hysteroscopy, gisterorezektoskopiya;
- plastic surgeries at losses of female genitals.
In the postoperative period the patient carries out physiotreatment and the whole range of rehabilitation actions: sessions of a hyperbaric oxygenation (pressure chamber), electrophoresis, plasma exchange, acupuncture. The day hospital works.
In out-patient conditions the following medical and diagnostic events are held:
- conservative treatment of various gynecologic diseases;
- X-ray inspection of permeability of uterine tubes;
- colposcopy and treatment of diseases of a neck of a uterus;
- laboratory diagnostics (the structural and optical analysis) on endometriosis.
