The day hospital and hemodialysis is one of the main structural division of BSNP. The structural division of the medical organization giving hospital-replacing help to the population is developed on 18 beds. The day hospital renders all medical services provided in hospital.
On the basis of a day hospital treatment of the following pathologies is carried out:

- hypertensive (hypertonic) disease with preferred damage of heart with (congestive) heart failure;
- pneumonia;
- sharp pancreatitis;
- acute bronchitis with an obstructive syndrome;
- chronic obstructive pulmonary disease;

- chronic tubulointerstitsialny nephrite;
- chronic obstructive pyelonephritis;
- insulinnezavisimy diabetes mellitus with multiple complications;
- asthma;
- allergic urticaria;
- syndrome of vertebrobazilyarny arterial system;
- defeats poyasnichno – a sacral texture.
Indications for hospitalization in a day hospital are:
- need for an intensive care and observation of medical personnel after the interventions made in out-patient clinic (surgical manipulations and operations).
- treatment of the patients in satisfactory condition needing the corresponding types of therapy which do not have the contraindications to an out-patient treatment directed by doctors in coordination with managers of offices or other experts.
- The urgentny states demanding urgent measures of an intensive care at a pre-hospital stage.
Criteria of the end of treatment in a day hospital are clinical convalescence or the termination of a course of an intensive care.
The hemodialysis is carried out by means of the artificial kidney for the purpose of replacement of homeostatic functions of kidneys. The device includes system of preparation and giving of a dialysis fluid, extracorporal a blood circulation contour with the pump for infusion of a heparin of sodium, a disposable dialyzer. The office is equipped with the newest system of water treatment for dialysis, and also express beds.
