The structural division of the medical organization giving hospital-replacing help to the population is developed on 18 beds. The day hospital renders all medical services provided in hospital.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-large wp-image-598\" src=\"http:\/\/gbsnp.kz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/DSC_0550-1024x678.jpg\" alt=\"dsc_0550\" width=\"1024\" height=\"678\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gbsnp.kz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/DSC_0550-1024x678.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/gbsnp.kz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/DSC_0550-300x199.jpg 300w, https:\/\/gbsnp.kz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/DSC_0550-768x509.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/>On the basis of a day hospital treatment of the following pathologies is carried out:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>concussion of the brain;<\/li>\n<li>hypertensive (hypertonic) disease with preferred damage of heart with (congestive) heart failure;<\/li>\n<li>pneumonia;<\/li>\n<li>sharp pancreatitis;<\/li>\n<li>acute bronchitis with an obstructive syndrome;<\/li>\n<li>chronic obstructive pulmonary disease;<\/li>\n<li>sharp tubulointerstitsialny nephrite;<\/li>\n<li>chronic tubulointerstitsialny nephrite;<\/li>\n<li>chronic obstructive pyelonephritis;<\/li>\n<li>insulinnezavisimy diabetes mellitus with multiple complications;<\/li>\n<li>asthma;<\/li>\n<li>allergic urticaria;<\/li>\n<li>syndrome of vertebrobazilyarny arterial system;<\/li>\n<li>defeats poyasnichno \u2013 a sacral texture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Indications for hospitalization in a day hospital are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>need for an intensive care and observation of medical personnel after the interventions made in out-patient clinic (surgical manipulations and operations).<\/li>\n<li>treatment of the patients in satisfactory condition needing the corresponding types of therapy which do not have the contraindications to an out-patient treatment directed by doctors in coordination with managers of offices or other experts.<\/li>\n<li>The urgentny states demanding urgent measures of an intensive care at a pre-hospital stage.<br \/>\nCriteria of the end of treatment in a day hospital are clinical convalescence or the termination of a course of an intensive care.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The hemodialysis is carried out by means of the artificial kidney for the purpose of replacement of homeostatic functions of kidneys. The device includes system of preparation and giving of a dialysis fluid, extracorporal a blood circulation contour with the pump for infusion of a heparin of sodium, a disposable dialyzer. The office is equipped with the newest system of water treatment for dialysis, and also express beds. Doctors choose the individual mode of dialysis, a diet for each patient, carry out treatment of uraemic intoxication, an overhydratation, AG, anemia, violations of phosphorus-calcium exchange.
